The "Cup of Joe" series, hosted by me, highlights impactful tips, strategies, and success stories within the Kajabi community. Each episode brings insightful conversations and actionable advice for entrepreneurs looking to grow their online businesses. Through relatable storytelling and expert insights, I helped viewers navigate the platform's features to unlock their full potential, inspiring creators to take the next step in their digital journeys.

KAJABI SCAVENGER HUNT

APRIL 2022 - JAN 2024

Led the highly successful Kajabi Scavenger Hunt campaign, aimed at increasing user engagement, in-app participation, and adoption of new features. Collaborated with product, developer, and marketing teams to craft in-app prompts aligned with both customer needs and company goals. The campaign resulted in a significant boost in feature adoption and retention, with users expressing overwhelming satisfaction in the community. Achieved measurable increases in user activity and community engagement, driving new feature utilization across the platform.

MEDIA CAMPAIGN

SUMMER 2021

Led the customer and talent relations for Kajabi's first major multimedia advertising campaign, aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. Using data-driven insights, I identified and selected standout Kajabi users to feature, managing all communications and logistics between the talent, production crews, and internal stakeholders. The campaign was highly successful, resulting in significant boosts in social media engagement, positive brand sentiment, and revenue growth.

ASK THE EXPERT SERIES

DEC 2021 - JAN 2024

Spearheaded the Ask the Expert Series, bringing industry experts into the community to provide value, knowledge sharing, and actionable insights. Built relationships within the community to identify influential members who could offer expertise, increasing camaraderie and boosting user engagement. The series provided community members with direct access to proven strategies to grow their businesses, resulting in consistently increasing engagement month over month and fostering long-term retention and customer delight.

BUSINESS CLASS &

BOSSBABE MIGRATIONS

Successfully managed the complex migration of key influencers Natalie Ellis (BOSSBABE) and Sophia Amoruso (Business Class) to the Kajabi platform, ensuring seamless transitions without any disruption to their daily operations. Leveraged a deep understanding of Kajabi and the online knowledge commerce industry to meet their high expectations for custom solutions, all while staying within budget. Both businesses experienced over a 3x increase in online revenue post-migration. The work was completed in under half the original timeline, and both clients provided glowing reviews of the project’s success.
